MuleKick uses SMS text messaging to communicate with guests about reservations and related service updates. This page explains what messages you may receive, how consent works, and how your data is handled.

Types of messages we send

If you opt in, you may receive text messages related to your reservation. These may include:

• Reservation reminders
• Waitlist notifications
• Status updates about your booking
• Follow-up messages directly related to a visit

We do not send promotional or marketing text messages unless you separately opt in to a marketing program.

Message frequency varies based on your reservations and interactions with MuleKick.

Consent and opt-in

By providing your phone number and selecting the SMS consent checkbox on our booking form or reservation system, you agree to receive SMS messages from MuleKick related to your reservation.

The consent checkbox appears near the phone number field and must be selected before messages are sent.

Example consent language shown on booking forms:

“I agree to receive SMS text messages from MuleKick about my reservation. Message frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.”

Opt-out instructions

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying:

• STOP to unsubscribe
• HELP for assistance

After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages related to your reservation unless you opt in again.

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Data collection and use

We collect your phone number and reservation details solely for operational communication related to your visit.

We use this information to:

• Send reservation-related text messages
• Provide customer support
• Manage bookings and waitlists

We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data sharing

We may share phone numbers with trusted service providers strictly for operational messaging delivery. These providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for MuleKick communications.

We do not share phone numbers with third parties for advertising or promotional use.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

Eligibility

By providing a phone number, you confirm that you are the authorized user of that number or have permission to receive messages on that device.
